For me, the turning point in my personal road to riches came at the discouraging moment when I realized that after investing nearly $47,000 with so-called real estate “gurus” I did not have one penny, let alone one property, to show for my investment of time and money. I realized what the dream-merchants had failed to explain to me...I was in this venture by myself. Although they professed to be my venture partners and real estate investment mentors, in reality they were neither. I also realized that there were thousands, if not tens of thousands, of other investors that had found themselves in the same position, and I was determined to do something about it.
I began to understand that the investment opportunity that most novice, and even many professional real estate investors, are seeking is a strategy that includes a true venture partner and a team of skilled professionals to assist them with the complicated strategies, techniques and combined financial knowledge inherent to real estate investing necessary to minimize risk and enhance the opportunity for tangible success.
Based on that realization, I formed National Real Estate Holdings, Inc., a company dedicated to providing wealth-building strategies, information and investment opportunities to real estate buyers interested in expanding their portfolios and knowledge base.
